Where do we ship?

We currently offer worldwide shipping.
Aventia is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package goes missing upon being delivered, we will contact our shipping carrier to track the delivery information, but we cannot be held responsible if an order shows confirmed delivery to the correct address.

In the case you included Route Protection in your order, this covers items lost in transit, stolen, or missing.

Can I change/cancel an order?

If you need to change or cancel an order please contact us ASAP at aventia@jewelry.com. Please note once an order has been processed we will no longer be able to amend or cancel the order. 

When will my order ship?

We can not wait for you to receive your pieces! Processing times for shipping orders is around 3-5 business days. 

Can I exchange or return an item?

Currently all sales are final on earrings, this is due to hygienic reasons. For all other items if you are unsatisfied, please email us at aventia@jewelry.com with your order number.

What do I do if I received a damaged or defective item?

Please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the damaged item and your order number!
